Clients
In Sales → Clients you add your clients or import them from a CSV (for example, exported from Excel). Before importing you see how many rows will be created, how many updated and which lines have errors. The email identifies the client: if it already exists, their details are updated.
Trip files
A trip file is one client's trip: title, destination, dates, travellers, notes and status (open, confirmed, travelling, closed or cancelled). Each file gets a sequential code and gathers the associated sales, with the total sold.
Quotes and itineraries
Within a file you can prepare a day-by-day itinerary with catalogue activities and your own items (hotels, flights, transfers), set prices and send the client a proposal on a public page. When they accept it, it becomes a sale linked to the file.
