Today's departures
In Sales → Today's departures you pick a day and see its bookings grouped by departure (time, activity and option): the lead traveller with their reference and phone number, travellers per rate, the voucher and whether they have arrived. Print gives you a paper list for the meeting point.
Validate vouchers
Every booking comes with a QR voucher. In Validate vouchers (or with Check in on the departure list) you redeem it: the arrival is recorded and the voucher cannot be used twice.
Your figures
The Overview shows today's departures and travellers and your sales for the last 30 days, with a daily chart and your best-selling activities. Settlements and commissions are under Money.
