What OCTO is
OCTO is an open standard used by many activity booking systems. If yours supports it, you will not have to maintain your calendar twice.
How to connect
- In Channel → Integrations, create the connection with your system's OCTO API URL and your key. The key is stored encrypted.
- Review the remote catalogue and link each option to its product, option and ticket types.
- From then on, the option takes its availability from your system, synchronised periodically and on demand.
Prices remain the rates you set in the dashboard.
What happens with each sale
- Each confirmed sale is booked and confirmed in your system automatically.
- If your system rejects it, the booking is cancelled with a full refund and the customer is notified.
- Cancellations are also sent to your system.
To manage the option by hand again, unlink it on the same screen.
