Options and ticket types
Each activity has one or more options (for example, "tour in English" or "ticket with guide"). Within each one you define the ticket types: adult, child, senior, group...
Rates
A rate sets the selling price and the net price per ticket type, with its validity and the weekdays it applies to. You can price in any currency: the website shows prices converted into the traveller's currency at the daily rate.
Time slots, capacity and closures
- Time slots set the departure times and the capacity of each one. Dates open automatically from the schedule.
- A closure blocks a specific day or time (holidays, weather). You can reopen it whenever you want.
- Deleting a time slot stops selling its future times that have no bookings; existing bookings are kept.
Changes apply instantly
Prices, time slots, closures and capacity apply immediately, without review. Only the content (texts and images) of a published activity goes through moderation.
