Each activity has its own policy
The cancellation policy is shown on the activity page before booking and on your voucher. Many activities allow free cancellation up to a set time before the start.
How to cancel
Open your customer area with the link we emailed you, open the booking and click cancel. Within the deadline, the cancellation is immediate.
Refunds
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. If you paid with balance, it returns to your balance. If the provider cancels the activity, you get a full refund and an email notification.
