Roamdia is an online marketplace where you can find and book tours, activities and experiences organised and delivered by third-party professional providers. The provider of each activity is shown on its page. Roamdia sells the bookings and issues the invoice to the customer; the provider delivers the activity. Bookings are governed by the general terms and conditions.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free. By using it you agree to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice, and not to: introduce viruses or harmful code; try to access restricted areas or other users' accounts; extract content massively or automatically without authorisation; or publish unlawful, false or misleading content.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The website design, source code, logos and trademarks belong to the owner or are used under licence. Descriptions and images of activities belong to their providers, who licence them to the owner for publication. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without authorisation is prohibited.

5. Liability

Activity information is provided by each provider, who is responsible for its accuracy. As a hosting service provider, the owner is not liable for third-party content unless it has actual knowledge that it is unlawful and does not act expeditiously to remove it (articles 16 LSSI-CE and 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Digital Services Act). Links to third-party websites are provided for information only.
